Job summary

Cannon Building is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to develop and manage complex Life Science and Healthcare construction projects in the San Diego region. You will ensure schedule accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proactive identification of risks while supporting teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 (or similar), coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in Life Sciences/Healthcare.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required); OPC experience a plus; MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project submittals and schedules.
• Prepare, monitor, and update the project schedule, coordinating with field teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 for Life Science and Healthcare projects.
• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Create Time Impact Analysis documents and present information to stakeholders.
• Participate in end-of-month reviews, assess budget, and report project status.
• Verify subcontractor billings related to progress.
