Job summary

Lvi-Associates in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex commercial construction projects from design through completion. You will manage pre-construction, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control and close-out, acting as the primary client liaison.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction project management, a strong manufacturing/process background, PMP certification, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' construction project management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry.
• Experience in manufacturing/product-oriented business.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction projects from design through to completion.
• Preparing scope of work documents for clients and the construction team.
• Estimating project costs and material needs, and carrying out field measurements.
• Sourcing and ordering project materials and scheduling product deliveries.
• Reviewing job costs weekly for each project and resolving cost overruns.
• Generating reports on progress, costs and scheduling.
• Managing change orders with clients and internal staff.
• Reviewing submittals, RFIs and document control with the Project Coordinator.
• Working with internal technical departments on project execution.
• Collaborating with end-user decision makers including engineers and IT/OT staff.
• Managing subcontractors across process mechanical and electrical disciplines.
