IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Lead Architect to guide the architectural discipline across pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health facilities. The role involves leading the Architecture Group staff and ensuring project delivery in line with IPS standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in architecture with a strong life sciences background, NAAB-accredited education, and a solid understanding of BIM workflows and GMP-related design.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of diversified architectural experience with 8+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• B.Arch. degree with NAAB accreditation.
• Architectural registration.
• 8+ years in Life Sciences industry.
• Deep knowledge of process, mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in design.
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with applicable building codes.
• GMP cleanroom design experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership of the technical discipline and direct daily operations of the Architecture Group staff.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of engineering work per IPS standards and codes.
• Oversee technical output to meet project goals, legal and IPS guidelines, and efficiency.
• Assess project requirements, break tasks, and coordinate with Project Manager on scope, budget, and staffing.
• Review drawings and documents for regulatory compliance and IPS quality standards.
• Provide oversight for construction administration activities (bulletins, sketches, submittals, RFIs).
• Guide design solutions by interpreting markups and implementing changes.
