Job summary

Beghou Consulting in the United States seeks a data analytics professional to independently research, organize, analyze, and visualize client data to support pharmaceutical and life science commercial projects.

You will create advanced dashboards and slide decks, run data processes, and mentor junior staff while meeting deadlines. The role emphasizes client communication and cross-functional teamwork with a hybrid-remote work policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 to 4 years’ professional experience, or PhD.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead small groups.
• Intermediate coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data processing, ensure data accuracy, and generate insights/metrics for reports and decks.
• Frequently utilizes coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
• Independently performs advanced analytical requests, builds data processes, creates and maintains reports and processes.
• Runs existing processes as scheduled and troubleshoots ad-hoc errors.
• Communicates with clients regarding data processing and ongoing projects.
• Translates client requests into concrete deliverables.
• Keeps the project team apprised of client needs or concerns.
• Co-ordinates with diverse teams, including globally.
• Liaises between client and consulting team; leads client sub-teams for timely delivery.
• Synthesizes and communicates results to clients and internal teams.
