Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to connect production, quality, lab, engineering, and supply chain with deployable digital solutions for regulated plant operations. You will design, build, test, and deploy manufacturing systems within pharma/biotech contexts, collaborating with operators, IT, OT, data teams, and technology providers.

You will own technical deliverables, help resolve issues, and translate shop-floor learning into design or testable requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related fields.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Experience producing technical or functional delivery artifacts (requirements, data maps, interface specs, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to investigate requirements and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, data, and pain points through observations and data reviews.
• Document process flows, user stories, functional requirements, data mappings, and interface specs for digital solutions.
• Support design and implementation of MES/MOM, eDHRs, recipe management, batch genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
• Trace information across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, SCADA, and other systems; identify data gaps and integration dependencies.
• Develop and review equipment and batch hierarchies, data-quality rules, and contextualized datasets with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with solution architects on interfaces, APIs, and industrial connectivity; document design decisions.
• Prepare and execute functional/integration test scripts, record defects, and ensure traceability to requirements.
