You will lead large distributed teams, partner with commercial sales and marketing, and shape solutions across onsite and offshore resources to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in life sciences or pharma analytics.
• Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent.
• Deep experience with data products and data analytics.
• Familiarity with pharma data sources (claims/prescriber, CRM, RWD).
• Experience leading large, distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of data architectures for life sciences clients.
• Build AI-ready data products addressing therapeutic area needs.
• Act as strategic partner to commercial sales & marketing stakeholders.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams across delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand client footprint.
