Job summary

MERGE, a marketing and technology agency dedicated to health and wellness, is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead all account management activities and nurture strong client relationships. You will guide strategic projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across traditional and digital channels.

You will mentor the account team, collaborate with internal groups to craft effective solutions, and drive growth for existing clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency or similar.
• Life Sciences (MedTech/Device/Pharma) experience and understanding of the MLR process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all account management processes.
• Direct and motivate day-to-day interactions between the account team and clients.
• Drive strategic projects through the agency to meet delivery requirements and deadlines.
• Act as a senior, solution-oriented manager who builds lasting client-agency relationships.
• Mentor and grow the account team and leverage senior staff when needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction and growth within existing accounts.
