Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar construction, refrigeration, and controls projects, delivering total solutions for customers. You will own project financials, schedule, risk management, and customer satisfaction from kickoff to close.

In this remote role, you will guide the project team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards while traveling 25% to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a General Contracting license is a plus.
• Experience with project schedules / PM construction software.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by assisting with quotes, project development, and proposals.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule through contract review and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage change orders and negotiate quotes for total solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, awards, and progress communications.
• Manage cash flow, forecasts, and cost-to-completion, including backlog reviews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path.
