The Lead Life Safety Systems (LSS) CSU Engineer role in Clay, NY, requires senior leadership to commission fire and life safety systems for safe occupancy and startup. You will plan, coordinate, validate, and test LSS scope to meet codes, client requirements, and project specs, interfacing with AHJs and multiple teams.

You will oversee FAT/SAT and ensure documentation and final handover are complete, while guiding on-site technical leadership and ensuring system readiness and regulatory

Competenze

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years.
• Preferred: Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience with NFPA standards and building life safety systems is required.

Mansioni

• Lead commissioning activities for fire and life safety systems from construction to handover.
• Develop commissioning plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage functional testing, performance verification, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Support integrated systems testing and validate interactions with other building systems.
• Ensure turnover documentation, test records, and final acceptance are delivered.
