Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in the United States seeks a Senior Life Product Support Analyst to lead technical and analytical work on life insurance and annuity products across systems, illustrations, and tools. You will work with actuarial, IT, operations, marketing, and agency teams to ensure accurate implementations and robust testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, computer science, finance, business, or related field.
Five+ years in life insurance, annuity, or product implementation/ support preferred.
Advanced Excel and VBA capabilities required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and analytical expertise for life insurance products, rates, and pricing.
Collaborate with Actuarial, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Agency teams.
Design, execute, and oversee testing for system functionality and illustration outputs.
Identify and resolve complex implementation issues with development teams.
Create and maintain specifications, requirements, and reference materials.
Serve as SME and primary contact for product implementation questions.
Ensure regulatory compliance of calculations, rates, and illustration projections.
Lead administrative support and process improvements.
Support post-release validation and successful implementations.
