Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, computer science, finance and five years related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product implementation process on FBL administrative systems.
• Assist with new business and enforce product implementation process on FBL illustration systems; maintain rate books and reference manuals.
• Document administrative requirements, testing values, and review processes for implementations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by implementing accurate administrative calculations and illustration projections, rates, and values.
• Input system tables and specifications; help develop administrative rules and procedures; handle complex situations.
• Assist in completing industry surveys and provide additional support as needed.
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee values testing and post-release validation for FBL systems.
• Respond to and resolve complex customer service requests promptly and courteously.
