Job summary

DXC Technology Company in Nashville is seeking a Life Insurance BPS Supervisor to oversee day-to-day life insurance operations, guiding a team to deliver accurate, timely work within SLAs and regulatory guidelines.

You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements, manage performance, and ensure quality and compliance across policy administration, billing, and servicing functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in policy administration, new business, underwriting support, policy servicing, claims support, or related operations.
• 2+ years of experience in an operations supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of operational controls, quality management, and SLA/KPI management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily life insurance operations and monitor SLAs and performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations associates and senior associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review operational reports and drive process improvements.
