Are you a seasoned life insurance broker with an established book of agents—and ready for your next big opportunity? We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Broker to lead growth, drive production, and expand our national distribution footprint across life and annuity lines.

Important: To be considered for this role, you must be able to bring over your agent relationships with no restrictions related to NDAs or non-compete agreements.

About the Role

This is more than just a sales role—it's a chance to step into a leadership position, expand your influence, and accelerate your earning potential. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to independent producers and advisors, helping them navigate complex cases, identify the right products, and close more business.

You’ll have full support from our marketing, case design, and operations teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and growing production.

What You’ll Do

• Lead regional sales efforts by working closely with your network of agents and advisors to drive life and annuity production.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, illustrations, advanced case design, and planning strategies.
• Offer consultative support—training agents, sharing marketing insights, and helping them build their books of business.
• Stay sharp and current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes.
• Recruit and onboard top producers to grow your region and influence company-wide performance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of brokerage or wholesaling experience in life insurance and annuities.
• A strong, portable network of agents/advisors—and the ability to work free of NDA or non-compete limitations.
• Deep knowledge of carrier platforms, products, and advanced case work.
• A relationship-driven sales approach and proven ability to drive consistent production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; industry credentials (CLU, ChFC, CFP) preferred.
