The Opportunity: LPS Futures is working to build on our existing environmental markets desk with the addition of brokers who currently cover RIN, LCFS, CFR, RECs and other similar products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work with a small and flexible organization of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Execute futures trades accurately and efficiently across various asset classes.
• Provide timely market information, analysis, and trading ideas to clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Adhere to all compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Existing client relationships and business activity required.
• Preference for Series 3 licensed brokers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in marketing additional products and services or sales is a plus, but not required for highly motivated candidates.
