Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services consulting or industry roles.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience documenting operating models and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client services across engagements.
• Redesign and modernize core functions (sales, underwriting, policy administration, claims).
• Document current- and future-state operating models and processes.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and build client relationships.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and inform stakeholders about outcomes.
• Apply domain knowledge to solve client problems and stay abreast of trends.
• Present findings to client and EY leadership.
• Contribute to proposals, pricing inputs, and scoping.
