Summit Hill Senior Living seeks a Director of Life Enrichment to plan, coordinate and implement programs, outings, and celebrations that promote physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual growth for residents.

You will manage the activity calendar, collaborate with staff and volunteers, write the community newsletter, and support marketing efforts with tours and events while overseeing the activity budget.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in planning and implementing programs and events.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs.
• Some college or related training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging programs, activities, and outings that encourage client participation.
• Prepare and distribute a monthly activity calendar, incorporating nationally recognized holidays and special events.
• Collaborate with managers, staff, and community partners to develop meaningful programs and volunteer opportunities.
• Write and edit the community newsletter and prepare quarterly surveys to gather client feedback.
• Manage the activity department's budget and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and service agencies.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including tours, open houses, and special events.
• Participate in ongoing dementia training and apply best practices in programming.
