Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to plan, organize, coordinate and lead life enrichment activities for our senior living community. You will train and supervise Life Enrichment staff and ensure programs align with resident interests and safety standards.

The role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate with other departments to deliver engaging, safe experiences while managing administrative tasks and staying flexible with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must lead a team and train Life Enrichment staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate life enrichment activities for residents.
• Implement standards for community life enrichment offerings.
• Manage budget and administrative tasks for Life Enrichment.
• Ensure resident safety and proper setup/cleanup of spaces.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experience.
• Provide guidance to LE staff on day-to-day activities.
