Job summary

RM Management seeks a Director of Life Enrichment to plan and lead engaging programs for clients, coordinating activities, outings, and celebrations that foster physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual development. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in planning and implementing programs and events.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging programs, activities, and outings that encourage client participation.
• Prepare and distribute a monthly activity calendar, incorporating nationally recognized holidays and special events.
• Collaborate with managers, staff, and community partners to develop meaningful programs and volunteer opportunities.
• Write and edit the community newsletter and prepare quarterly surveys to gather client feedback.
• Manage the activity department's budget and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and service agencies.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including tours, open houses, and special events.
• Participate in ongoing dementia training and apply best practices in programming.
