Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Director for Regency Park to lead a vibrant life enrichment program for residents. You will shape activities that address physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs and collaborate with staff and volunteers to create meaningful daily experiences.

The role requires First Aid/CPR, valid driver's license, and weekend availability; compensation is hourly with benefits and career growth opportunities at Cascade Living Group.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating life enrichment activities for seniors.
• Compassionate, professional representation of the community.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive and functional abilities.
• Experience driving a passenger shuttle bus preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification per state requirements.
• Ownership mindset to stay focused amid interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue a varied program of meaningful activities and events across physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, vocational, and cognitive elements.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Inspire volunteers and team members to engage residents in activities.
• Maintain positive engagement with residents, family, friends, and staff.
• Arrange for community groups to visit (pet therapy, schools, churches, entertainers).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage budget.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
