Job summary

Regency Park, part of Cascade Living Group, seeks an Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Associate) to plan and lead engaging activities for residents in assisted living and memory care. You will work to encourage participation and tailor activities to individual needs.

Must have First Aid/CPR and a Food Workers Card, with preferred experience in dementia care and life enrichment programming. Strong communication, listening skills, and a proactive, respectful approach are essential.

• Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect
• Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Valid Driver’s license as this role may require driving residents

As the Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Associate), you play a big part in making our resident’s lives more meaningful by assisting in the various activities with our residents in Assisted Living. You’ll be depended upon to take the lead in encouraging resident participation and over time come to understand the individual needs of each resident.

What Regency Park looks for in a Memory Care Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Associate):

• Must possess current first aid certification and a current food handler’s or serve safe certification
• Preferred experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia, and/or in Assisted Living or Memory Care; including experience as caregiver.

$17.00 - $19.00/hour *Depending on Experience*
