Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or senior living is preferred; training provided.

• Able to work well in a team and engage residents in activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of activities for residents.
• Engage residents in arts, crafts, games, music, and other programs.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop a monthly activities calendar.
• Provide one-on-one support for residents needing additional assistance.
• Foster community and social interaction among residents.
• Document and maintain records of residents' participation in activities.
