Job summary

StoryPoint Group is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant in Prospect, KY. The role supports the planning and execution of enriching activities for residents in a senior community, with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

The position is part time with a schedule that includes Tue-Fri 1p-5p and Sat 10a-2p. This role requires a compassionate, team-oriented individual who can also work independently and adapt to a dynamic activity calendar.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing life enrichment activities for residents.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director with activity planning and administration.
• Ensure resident safety and proper setup/cleanup of activity spaces.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and assist with related tasks.
