Job summary

StoryPoint Northfield in Louisville, KY is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant for a temporary, full-time role. The position supports planning and executing activities for residents of a senior living community, with a schedule Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm and a pay rate of $17–$19 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, can work evenings or weekends if needed, and demonstrates compassion for seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in Life Enrichment.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Assist with transportation by attending outings and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
