Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Michigan is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and run activities that enhance residents' social welfare and interests in our senior living community.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, compassion for seniors, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Health and PTO benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating tasks.
• Uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
