Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support activity planning and engagement for residents in a senior life connections community. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include assisting the Life Enrichment Director with program direction, coordinating activities, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring resident safety and well-being in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate toward the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support in proper setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating relevant administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
