Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant to deliver meaningful programming aligned with the Six Dimensions of Wellness. You will support the Life Engagement Coordinator and help oversee activities for residents across care levels, promoting participation through individualized and group opportunities.

The role requires a flexible schedule and involves supervision of the Life Engagement Coordinator, with perks including competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience working with elderly populations.
• High school diploma or GED and Food Handlers Permit.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to plan and supervise activities reflecting the Six Dimensions of Wellness.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Life Engagement Coordinator with developing, planning, and implementing resident activities that reflect individual preferences and align with the Six Dimensions of Wellness.
• Complete Life Story/Six Dimensions of Wellness assessments for new residents.
• Plan, coordinate, and help supervise resident outings and community events.
• Maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment; manage volunteer involvement.
