Qualifications

Active Customs Broker License and extensive international trade experience.
Proficiency with customs brokerage software and related tech.
Strong knowledge of global trade agreements and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Customs Broker.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitating the clearance of imported goods through customs.
Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and laws.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
Negotiating with government agencies on behalf of clients.
Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
