Many Rivers Whole Health in Great Falls, MT is seeking an experienced therapist to provide outpatient services for adults and families. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintain clinical records, and participate in emergency coverage as needed.

The role requires a master's degree in social work or counseling, with LCSW/LCPC/LMFT preferred in Montana. Some travel and MT licensure requirements apply, with NHSC loan repayment eligibility for licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Licensure as LCSW/LCPC/LMFT preferred in Montana.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Recovery philosophies.
• If unlicensed, must be credentialed with MT Board as a licensure candidate.
• Some travel required; must have MT driver's license, personal vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides outpatient therapy to adults and families, and consultation to staff.
• Communicates with other agencies and organizations.
• Works in a multidisciplinary team and maintains clinical records.
• Performs emergency services during and after normal work hours.
• Requires 24 billable hours per week.
• Conducts team evaluation and treatment planning for clients.
• Maintains required paperwork for assigned clients.
• Develops treatment plans for families and individuals; NHSC loan repayment eligibility for licensed therapists.
