Job summary

U.S.VETS Orange County – Tustin, CA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead the CVHI program’s clinical operations and supervision. You will oversee staff, ensure treatment protocols are followed, and collaborate with leadership to improve quality of care for veterans and their families.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, conducting assessments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
• LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure required and eligible to supervise by BBS.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with PTSD diagnosis and treatment.
• Experience working with veterans or military populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical program and provides staff supervision and direct services.
• Ensures clinicians follow established protocols and policies.
• Leads regular meetings to allocate caseloads and address current issues.
• Communicates program updates to clinical staff and leadership.
• Develops training plans and monitors evidence-based practices.
• Conducts QA audits of client records and program evaluations.
• Delivers evidence-based therapy to veterans and families (individuals, couples, etc).
• Performs patient screenings and psychosocial assessments; conducts intake as needed.
• Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, and case management for comprehensive care.
• Provides telehealth services as required.
