Responsibilities

Maintains databases to ensure catalog integrity and authority control; adheres to MARC, RDA, LCSH, AACR2, and DDC standards.
Develops, arranges, and describes archival collections per accepted standards; supports policies for archives/special collections.
Provides professional library instruction, including searches and effective resource use in person and online via the LMS, with emphasis on AI tools that support ethical research.
Develops and deploys special programs, engagement activities, and instructional workshops; stays updated on new technical developments and mentors staff.
Performs other duties as needed and requested.
