HDVI is seeking a Senior Liability Adjuster to lead and manage complex commercial auto liability claims across the United States. You will work with Claims and Fleet Services to influence outcomes, provide tactical guidance, and sustain world‑class results.

The role emphasizes high-severity claims handling, reporting to leadership, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior client service.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial auto liability claims experience with complex scenarios.
• Active Adjuster’s License and ability to obtain/maintain state licenses.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and vendor-management experience.
• Senior-level communication, organization, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and claims management tech.

Aufgaben

• Independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex commercial auto liability claims from investigation to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage, liability, causation, damages investigations using police reports, statements, medical records, telematics, and footage.
• Manage high-exposure claims, develop action plans, reserves, settlements, and litigation strategies.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced adjusters and mentor Claims staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and meticulous documentation across inquiries and files.
• Coordinate with insureds, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams to meet service standards.
