HDVI in the United States is seeking a Senior Physical Damage Adjuster to lead complex auto and cargo claims for trucking fleets. You will work with Claims and Fleet Services to resolve high-severity losses, leveraging telematics and evidence for accurate decisions.

The role emphasizes technical proficiency in heavy trucking damage, coverage evaluation, and subrogation opportunities, while mentoring colleagues and coordinating external resources to achieve world-class outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of auto physical damage claims experience with trucking exposure.
• Active Adjuster License and ability to obtain state licenses.
• Strong knowledge of coverage, liability, and repair processes.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and salvage operations.
• Proven ability to mentor less experienced adjusters.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve complex commercial auto physical damage and cargo claims from assignment to final resolution.
• Evaluate coverage, causation, and damages using telematics, dashcams, photos, and records.
• Negotiate settlements and manage reserves within authority.
• Coordinate independent appraisers, cargo surveyors, and repair facilities.
• Mentor junior adjusters and support Claims leadership with reviews.
