Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a CA Senior Liability Claims Specialist based in the United States. This role handles moderately to highly complex auto and general liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage, from coverage verification to settlement decisions, within delegated authority.

You will collaborate with clients, claimants, and internal teams to achieve fair, cost-effective outcomes while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of general liability claim handling, including high-exposure and litigated claims.
• At least two years of automobile liability claim experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Current adjuster license in the state of operation; multistate license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of liability investigation, coverage evaluation, reserving, and litigation management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming claims, confirm coverage, and acknowledge promptly.
• Evaluate claim validity, compensability, liability, and exposure using evidence and policy terms.
• Investigate auto and general liability claims including bodily injury and property damage.
• Manage litigated claims and coordinate appropriate actions within authority.
• Establish reserves based on estimated exposure and evolving case facts.
• Communicate status and findings clearly to clients, claimants, and teammates.
