ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group is seeking a Senior Liability Claims Examiner for a remote role covering Little Rock, Arkansas and nationwide clients. You will investigate liability and first-party and third-party claims, using guidelines and strong communication to drive accurate settlements.

You will manage complex, high-exposure claims, coordinate with defense counsel, mentor junior adjusters, and ensure documentation, regulatory compliance and client service standards while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of liability or casualty claims handling experience; experience with complex, litigated and high-severity claims.
• Must reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims to determine coverage, liability and damages.
• Review accident reports, witness statements and medical documentation.
• Conduct interviews with claimants, insureds, witnesses and other involved parties.
• Analyze policy provisions to determine claim applicability.
• Manage assigned claims from initial report through resolution.
• Establish and maintain claim reserves based on exposure.
• Evaluate damages including bodily injury, liability exposure and property damage.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Coordinate with defense counsel and assist in litigation management when applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insureds and legal representatives.
• Provide updates on status, strategy and resolution progress.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation in the management system.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulatory requirements and client service standards.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and elevate concerns.
• Manage complex and high-exposure liability claims and litigated matters.
• Develop claim strategies and work with defense counsel and leadership.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to less experienced adjusters.
• May assist with training, file reviews and complex consultations.
• Bring expertise in casualty, commercial liability and claim resolution strategy.
