Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and issues across casualty claims, applying policy knowledge.
• Issue reservation of rights and declination letters as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with insureds, brokers, attorneys, and claimants.
• Review claims and statuses with clients and brokers to facilitate prompt resolution.
• Verify losses with documentation and ensure thorough administration of claims.
• Follow policies and submit reports in a timely manner according to standards.
• Assess subrogation potential and advise appropriate actions.
• Explain policies and technical information clearly to stakeholders.
