Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve high exposure liability claims for a south Florida client. This remote, full-time role reports to Natalie Bowen and requires Florida licensure and several years of liability claims experience.

You will handle claims across general, employer’s, professional, and other casualty exposures, develop settlement strategies, coordinate with defense counsel, and ensure compliance with policies and

Qualifications

Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster license (5-20 or 6-20).
Minimum five years handling liability claims and subrogation with strong performance.
Experience with general liability, auto liability, complex and professional liability claims.

Responsibilities

Conduct prompt investigations of liability claims and establish liability.
Analyze exposures and determine settlement actions within legal frameworks.
Interact with various parties in the claim process.
Develop settlement strategies with defense counsel and client guidelines.
Ensure claims handling aligns with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Document all activity and maintain a proactive action plan.
