Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Liability Senior Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims for a Florida client, with remote-from-home flexibility.

You will determine coverage, liability, and damages, set reserves, and coordinate with carriers while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards. This position supports clients in the south Florida region and requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive effective claim resolutions.

The Liability Senior Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex and high exposure liability claims in accordance with company policies, client service standards, and regulatory requirements. Claims handled may include Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Professional Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, and other casualty or commercial liability exposures. This includes the investigation, determination and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves. Identification of applicable insurance, beyond the client’s retention, and timely initial and supplemental reporting to applicable carriers is required.

This role is located remotely from home and services one client located in south Florida.
