• Three+ years handling Liability Bodily Injury claims with complexity and severity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven research and investigative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret coverage and conduct investigations with insureds, witnesses, and claimants.
• Negotiate settlements with individuals, other carriers, and attorneys.
• Prepare comprehensive reports reflecting file activity and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards.
