How You'll Make An Impact

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan appropriate actions, and resolve claims effectively.
• Communicate extensively with involved parties to ensure effective resolution.
• Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with policies, procedures, standards, and legal requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activities promptly to support outcomes.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Claims background in Commercial Auto and General Liability
• Experience across any jurisdiction
• Active adjuster licenses in all relevant states

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims with moderate supervision.
• Partner with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims processes.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants effectively.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of related claims experience
• Proper licensing in all handled states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims-related software

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bodily Injury Claims experience
• Litigation Management skills
• Knowledge of contractual indemnification, risk transfer, tenders
