Job Description

• Manage a caseload of general liability claims from inception to resolution.
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims to ensure fair and timely settlements for policyholders while managing costs and exposures.
• Interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and involved parties to achieve fair, cost-effective resolutions.
• Evaluate settlement options and recommend based on liability exposure and policy provisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling commercial general liability and bodily injury claims (e.g., slip & fall, premise liability).
• Experience handling litigated claims.
• Possession of multiple state adjuster's licenses.
• Experience managing claims for property management entities, such as apartment complexes.
