Entech Resources, LLC seeks a Senior LFG Wellfield Technical Specialist to model landfill gas, forecast fuel, and support engineering, budgeting, and RNG initiatives across North America. The role requires leading O&M activities, liaising with partners, and ensuring regulatory compliance while advancing project delivery.

You will collaborate with Operations and management at all levels, delivering analytical insights, capital plans, and technical designs for gas field optimization and growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years landfill experience preferred.
• Working technical understanding of combustion processes.
• Understanding of landfill O&M practices and their effects on gas generation and leachate.
• Familiarity with LandGEM models, Excel, and data historians including SCADA.
• Strong data collection and information systems skills.
• Understanding of value and risk for fueling performance goals.
• Ability to lead with limited supervision.
• Hands-on, collaborative with Operations and management at all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in the LFG industry.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Well organized with high personal accountability.
• Up to 25% overnight travel.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the highest levels of wellfield safety.
• Develop, maintain, and maximize sustainable fueling of LFG assets.
• Model landfill gas for North American sites and provide forecasts.
• Compile fuel availability forecasts to support annual budgets.
• Define scope, budget, and schedule for capital improvements.
• Supervise personnel on O&M and project execution.
• Develop engineering evaluations and designs for construction.
• Liaise with landfill partners and build strong relationships.
• Work with consultants to ensure gas field compliance.
• Engage with Operations for effective fuel management.
• Act as a technical resource for gas field tuning and maintenance.
• Ensure gas field maintenance plans follow industry practices.
• Support site visits and growth-focused initiatives.
• Verify compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and clear communication.
• Develop technical and financial alternatives to support operations.
• Support fuel forecasts, schedules, budgets, and procurement for growth.
• Build relationships with vendors and O&M providers.
• Uphold health and safety obligations.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
