Montauk Renewables is seeking a Wellfield Technician to monitor and maintain a landfill gas collection system. You will work under the Wellfield Manager to ensure safety and environmental integrity while maximizing gas collection.

The role involves hands-on equipment tuning, data entry from GC analyses, and collaboration with contractors. A strong mechanical/electrical knowledge base and flexibility for on-call support are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical training preferred and helpful.

Responsabilités

• Tune and balance gas collection system wellheads to meet performance standards.
• Perform routine blower/fl arer operations and troubleshooting.
• Operate a gas chromatograph and input data.
• Monitor NSPS compliance data and enter data via handheld app.
• Maintain condensate management system.
• Oversee subcontractors during expansions or modifications.
• Respond to after-hours call outs as needed.
