Job summary

The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, Series 7/79/63 licenses or pursuit, and ability to collaborate across desks. You will contribute from pitches through pricing and documentation, with exposure to equity and debt financing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses; SIE may be required.
• 3+ years of related experience in finance or banking.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry and market data to identify opportunities.
• Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
• Develop client presentations for deal origination and execution.
• Assist with client negotiations and documentation.
• Support senior team members with deal origination, pricing and marketing.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to TD policies.
