Position: Senior-Level Logistics Specialist (Contingent upon Contract Award)

Claxton Logistics Services LLC, a leader in training, education, and logistics, is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior-Level Logistics Specialist for a part-time role.

Qualifications:

The candidate must provide logistical support to the government client and Program Management team, hold a Top-Secret security clearance, be SCI eligible, and be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure support activities comply with DoDI 5000.02, SECNAVINST 5000.2A, Marine Corps Order P5215.17C, and MIL-PRF-32216 standards.
• Draft and submit Safety Releases for test, deployment, and training events.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for the program.
• Maintain and update Government Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), briefing on status, variances, critical paths, and forecasts.
• Generate IMS reports, including outlooks, variance reports, overdue tasks, and schedule milestones, with monthly updates and ad-hoc project schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over eight years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience managing high-visibility or mission-critical programs independently.
• May oversee junior staff and be responsible for team management.

Security Clearance:

Current Top Secret / SCI clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Onsite at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA 22134.
