Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAS/SAS Enterprise Miner or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to query large data sets and translate into actionable insights.
• Strong risk analytics knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical reviews of borrowers and risk/profit performance across products.
• Generate data-driven strategic recommendations to balance growth and risk.
• Develop and maintain periodic reports on key metrics and trends.
• Understand operating processes like underwriting, portfolio management, and collections.
• Conduct pre/post-implementation testing to validate strategic changes.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory inquiries.
