Job summary

Intuit seeks a Group Manager of Lending Compliance to lead our lending and loan brokering compliance program across consumer and small business products, including QuickBooks Capital offerings. You will scale a high-performing team, serve as the senior compliance authority, and partner with product, engineering, and regulators.

This senior role requires deep regulatory expertise, people leadership, and a proven ability to translate complex rules into actionable program controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in banking, fintech or financial services.
• 15+ years of lending compliance, consumer finance regulatory compliance, legal, risk, or advisory experience.
• 5+ years of directly managing people and scaling teams in growth periods.
• Deep expertise in consumer and commercial lending regulations including TILA/Reg Z, ECOA Reg B, FCRA, UDAAP, and state laws.
• Certifications such as CRCM/CAMS or a J.D. are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing lending compliance team and develop managers and analysts.
• Define and own the compliance framework for lending and loan brokering activities.
• Oversee risk assessments, fair lending oversight, and adverse action processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into actionable business requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and banking partners to embed compliance early in design.
