Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Business Credit Card. You will partner across product, engineering, legal, and business functions as a senior compliance expert to ensure regulatory alignment and scalable controls.

The role requires advising on regulatory requirements, owning the compliance framework, and leading incident responses. A strong background in credit card program governance and fintech compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Deep, demonstrated expertise in the full lifecycle of Credit Card program management, including card brand/network rules and regulatory requirements.
• Experience providing compliance advisory to Product, Marketing, or Servicing teams, ideally for bank-partnered products.
• Experience reviewing marketing or customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Experience partnering with Credit/Risk teams on policy or credit model compliance matters a plus.
• Ability to thrive independently with strong analytical and writing skills.
• AI-first mindset for automating compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for the Business Credit Card product.
• Own and drive the compliance framework and conduct risk assessments to identify top exposure areas.
• Drive policy compliance narrative for bank partner changes with Credit team on policy updates.
• Review customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Lead compliance response to incidents and escalations (e.g., complaints, inquiries).
• Prioritize open program items and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
