Intuit is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Business Credit Card. The role partners with product, engineering, legal, and business functions to embed compliance as a strategic advantage.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in credit card programs and regulatory requirements, with a track record advising cross-functional teams and managing compliance content at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or legal studies.
• 5+ years of product compliance experience, fintech preferred.
• Deep expertise in the full lifecycle of Credit Card program management and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising Product, Marketing, or Servicing on regulatory matters, especially for bank-partnered products.
• Experience reviewing marketing or customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Experience partnering with Credit/Risk teams on policy or credit-model related compliance (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for the Business Credit Card product.
• Own and drive the business credit card compliance framework, conducting risk assessments and ensuring effective controls.
• Drive credit policy compliance narrative for bank partner change-control submissions with the Credit team.
• Review Business Credit Card customer-facing content and communications for compliance at scale.
• Lead compliance responses to incidents and regulatory inquiries.
• Prioritize open program items and resolve cross-functional conflicts, escalating to leadership when needed.
