Job summary

Partners Bank of Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Lender to lead commercial lending activities and grow client relationships in Central Wisconsin. You will drive loan originations, manage portfolios, and work with leadership to uphold credit quality and financial strength.

The role requires deep knowledge of lending regulations, strong communication, and the ability to mentor a lending team while collaborating across departments to support customer-focused banking services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years in commercial/consumer lending with credit analysis and loan approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and relationship management with commercial clients.
• Oversee portfolio management, renewals, covenants, and past-due collections.
• Structure, negotiate, and approve loans within policies and authority.
• Collaborate with credit administration and loan operations for underwriting and servicing.
• Present loan requests and portfolio reports to Loan Committee or Board.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor lending staff and support departmental needs.
