Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Legislative Advisor to support Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF/A10) with comprehensive legislative analysis. You will monitor Congress, prepare briefs, and maintain a repository of official statements to inform DAF/A10 leadership for engagements.

The role requires 12 years in the field, DoD experience, and a TS-level clearance with SCI eligibility. On-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA; contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Must possess a TS-level clearance with SCI eligibility and maintain it.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for advanced qualifications.
• Twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline; five (5) years of DoD experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze legislative and Congressional activities, including hearings, committee markups, and GAO reports.
• Produce a Weekly Legislative Review and Events Schedule; synopses of Congressional Hearings.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and briefings on legislative trends; maintain a Congressional Authorization and Appropriations Tracker.
• Research, compile, and maintain a repository of Air Force statements, postures, and responses to inquiries related to DAF/A10 mission areas.
